Shipping Method

The shipping method is usually Japan Post. We may also use other shipping companies.

You can select a convenient shipping method on the payment page.

Delivery time varies depending on the delivery method.

If the item you ordered is in stock, we will arrange for the item to be shipped within 7 business days. However, please note that shipments will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays unless there are special instructions.

For made-to-order products and products that arrive after ordering, it may take several months from ordering to shipping.
Details are listed on each product page, so please be sure to check them before ordering.
If it will take more than six months to arrive, we will notify you by email.
Please note that payment will be taken at the time of ordering.

It will be delivered to the customer in approximately 2 weeks. However, depending on the delivery method, weather, time of year, postal conditions, and other various reasons, it may take up to 4 weeks. The delivery document number will be sent to your e-mail at the time of shipment. Please use the following Japan Post tracking site to check the delivery status yourself.

A careful packing is being guaranteed, however, any unexpected damage was seen on delivery, simply do not accept the package and check the contents together with local post office staff.
